If you are looking for a deeply knowledgeable and trustworthy HVAC professional who loves his job and goes the extra mile for his customers, look no further than Ramesh. We interviewed at least 5 different contractors for a major project, which involved running new gas lines to our kitchen and two fireplaces on opposite ends of our home, as well as some air duct work. When Ramesh came by and impressed us with his knowledge, humorous can-do attitude, and extremely high standards, we knew we had found the right man for the job.

Ramesh was the only technician who suggested running gas pipes through our attic. Others had suggested using a propane tank on the hard-to-reach side of the home, or running pipes straight across the brick back side. When asked about this latter option, Ramesh opined with his hallmark charismatic chuckle: "If this were my home and anyone suggested that, I'd smack them."

All jokes aside, this instance illustrates perfectly how Ramesh treats his customers: he genuinely has their best interest at heart. They are like family to him. Ramesh pressure-tests all his piping to a standard that is way higher than the local utility requires. During the project, Ramesh noticed that the locks on our backyard gates didn't align and lock into place perfectly. So he fixed them without even asking us. He brought to our attention that there were a couple of loose straps on our pool cover because he didn't want anyone to trip over them. He brought an extra pair of carbon monoxide alarms before the inspection, just in case we needed them. He even double-checked something he noticed about the work of another contractor. It is extremely rare to find this type of proactive problem-solving in a contractor. Ramesh breathes it and thrives on it every day. He really loves what he does.

You can also tell that he is an honest family man with strong values. He often brought his son Brian along, and his other main technician Dwight was great, as well. They all care first and foremost about doing a great, high-quality job, for an extremely reasonable price (our project took a little longer than anticipated, and yet they honored the original estimate). They worked hard and came by late when they needed to -- the day we passed inspection, they came by after 8 PM to turn on the fireplaces, and I'm not exaggerating when I say that you could literally see a giddy, boy-like spark of joy in Ramesh's eyes when the gas logs lit up.

In the furniture industry, people sometimes talk about brands that stand the test of time as "buy it for life". I strongly feel that Ramesh falls into an equivalent category as a contractor -- as our HVAC guy, he is hired for life.
